We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

Step 1

Send a request

Email us at developer@hadabay.com with the subject "Account Deletion".

Step 2

Verify your identity

Include the phone number associated with your HadaBay account so we can locate and verify your data.

Step 3

We process your request

Our team will review and process your deletion request within 3–5 business days.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your account information
  • Phone number
  • Transaction & booking history
  • Profile data

Data retention notice

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes for up to 30 days after your deletion request is processed.
